These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Srinivasa ("Service"). By creating an account or placing a wager, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old.
  • You must not be a resident of Andhra Pradesh, Assam, Telangana, Odisha, Sikkim, or Nagaland, where real-money skill gaming is restricted.
  • You must use the Service only in jurisdictions where real-money skill-based gaming is permitted.

2. Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your MPIN and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Wagers and results

  • All wagers are final once placed; bets cannot be cancelled.
  • Results are declared by our results team. In the event of a clear data-entry error, we reserve the right to revert the result; affected wagers will be voided and stakes returned.
  • Wagers are settled against the result declared by us, not by any third-party Matka site.

4. Deposits and withdrawals

  • Minimum deposit ₹100. Minimum withdrawal ₹500.
  • Withdrawals are processed only to bank accounts / UPI VPAs that have been KYC-verified in your name.
  • We reserve the right to delay or block withdrawals where we suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5. Prohibited conduct

  • Multiple-account creation, collusion, or use of automated tools.
  • Fraudulent payment instruments or chargeback abuse.
  • Reverse-engineering, scraping, or attempting to disrupt the Service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of the Service is limited to the amount of fees you paid to us (if any) in the 30 days before the claim arose.

7. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close your account immediately if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraud, or are at risk of harm under our Responsible Gaming policy.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be resolved by arbitration in [your-city-of-incorporation] under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
